Shenzhen Youth Federation (SZYF), one of Shenzhen people’s organizations, is a federative body of Shenzhen youth organizations. The SZYF is a patriotic united front for young people from all ethnic groups.
Besides its commitment to unite and guide young people to devote themselves to the development of Shenzhen, which is to become an international city worldwide, the SZYF aims to represent and protect the legitimate rights and interests of young people and promote youth participation and development. It runs programmes and activities in the following fields: international exchange and cooperation and exchange programmes with young people all over the world.

Situated in Qianhai, the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub (hereafter referred to as E Hub) is invested by the Authority of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone, which has forced a strategic partnership with The Shenzhen Youth Federation and The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, to steer the operations of E Hub. It will commence working business by the end of 2014 setting a new milestone for closer Guangdong-Hong Kong cooperation. E Hub is committed to providing an innovative entrepreneurial base for young people aged 18 – 45 from Shenzhen, Hong Kong and around the world. It will foster about 200 young entrepreneurs or start-up companies with high potential focusing on modern logistics, information services, technology, cultural and creative industries and related professional services. E Hub will also explore a new model of industrial incubators to support innovative entrepreneurship.

The Dragon Foundation was inaugurated in February 2000 with wide community support as a joint initiative of the Home Affairs Bureau, Home Affairs Department of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG). It is incorporated under the Companies Ordinance in Hong Kong and the Secretariat is administered by HKFYG. It is a non-profit, charitable organization with a long-term commitment to nurturing talented young Chinese people from around the world.
The Foundation organised a series of programmes to forward its mission. People of Chinese ethnic origin are provided with opportunities to meet, explore topical global issues and exchange ideas, thereby building a network among themselves. Flagship programmes include the "Dragon 100" which annually invites 100 young ethnic Chinese from around the world to gather in Hong Kong and visit to the Greater China to study Chinese culture, exchange ideas on chosen theme and build network; the "Global Youth Forum" which brings together worldwide participants to study issues of regional and global importance; and the "Lecture Series for Youth Leaders," through which prominent figures of international repute share their experiences and achievement with young leaders in Hong Kong.
The “DragoNation” established in 2008, serves as the alumni network made up of past programme participants and works to strengthen the connection among Chinese leaders worldwide as they realize their visions and contribute to their communities.

The "Global Citizens Programme" sends Hong Kong university students abroad to meet global leaders to cultivate international perspectives and develop qualities of a committed citizen in the world. A "Lecture Series for Youth Leaders," invites prominent figures of international repute to share their success and expertise with local young people.
Since 2008, "DragoNation", an alumni network of the programme participants has been established to strengthen the connection among young Chinese leaders worldwide and to join effort to actualise their vision and contribution to society.
